Mountain View Inn & Suites - COVID-19 Update

The safety and well being of our guests and employees is a priority. During this critical time we’ve been closely monitoring the growth of the COVID-19 pandemic and are actively taking the required steps to ensure our team at the Mountain View Inn & Suites is knowledgeable and safe. This includes being aware of all updates from the World Health Organization that are pertinent to the virus and the steps to limit further exposure.

The Mountain View Inn & Suites has adopted multiple practices to stay COVID-19 safe. A zero tolerance approach will be taken if these policies are not strictly followed.

Social Distancing
Everyone MUST practice Social Distancing of at least 2 meters from all patrons and staff members.

Your Health - Our Health
If you feel any symptoms such as Cough, Headache, Fever, or Difficulty Breathing, "PLEASE STAY HOME" and call 811.

Transactions
During this time Mountain View Inn & Suites accepts CC & debit only. No Cash accepted.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL INFO IN REGARDS TO COVID-19

  • Our current policy is one guest (household) per room.
  • There will be a 24-hour minimum vacancy period between guests.
  • Our property now uses the Integral Surface Protection program in every guest room and throughout the entire hotel, along with our regular deep cleaning procedures between each guest.
  • High traffic areas will be regularly sanitized by the hotel staff.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in public areas throughout the property.
  • It will be mandatory for staff and guests to wear a face covering in public areas.
  • Daily housekeeping will not be provided. Towels and amenities will be available at the front desk or delivered in a bag to the guests door upon request. We will work with long term guests in regards to room service requests.
  • No visitors are allowed in guest rooms - Guests only.
  • Stationery, directories, decorative pillows etc. have been removed from all guest rooms.
  • Newspapers, pamphlets, stationery etc. will not be available in the lobby.
  • Elevator - Maximum 2 guests or 1 family per ride.
  • The fitness room will remain closed until further notice.
  • The pool and hot tub are open by appointment only. Please see us at the front desk to book a time.
  • The breakfast bar will remain closed until further notice.
  • Express check out will be offered to every guest. A copy of the folio will be put under each guests door the morning of their departure.
  • We will continue to be relaxed in regards to cancellations. Our policy is 24 hour notice.
