The safety and well being of our guests and employees is a priority. During this critical time we’ve been closely monitoring the growth of the COVID-19 pandemic and are actively taking the required steps to ensure our team at the Mountain View Inn & Suites is knowledgeable and safe. This includes being aware of all updates from the World Health Organization that are pertinent to the virus and the steps to limit further exposure.
The Mountain View Inn & Suites has adopted multiple practices to stay COVID-19 safe. A zero tolerance approach will be taken if these policies are not strictly followed.

Everyone MUST practice Social Distancing of at least 2 meters from all patrons and staff members.

If you feel any symptoms such as Cough, Headache, Fever, or Difficulty Breathing, "PLEASE STAY HOME" and call 811.

During this time Mountain View Inn & Suites accepts CC & debit only. No Cash accepted.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL INFO IN REGARDS TO COVID-19
Please be aware of the following due to a change in restrictions and staff shortages:
- High traffic areas will be regularly sanitized by the hotel staff.
- Hand sanitizer is available in public areas throughout the property.
- Daily housekeeping is now available for our guests. This includes refreshes; however, please keep in mind that we still can't guarantee that every guest room will be done daily due to staff shortages, but will do our best. If anything is needed, please request through our front desk staff.
- Newspapers, pamphlets, stationery etc. will not be available in the lobby.
- Elevator - Maximum 2 guests or 1 family per ride.
- Coffee and Tea is available 24 hours/day. We are now offering a cold line breakfast daily until 10am, including breakfast sandwiches to be heated up in the microwave, yogurt, fruit, pastries, oatmeal, etc. (Hot buffet breakfast is currently unavailable).
- We will continue to be relaxed in regards to cancellations. Our policy is 24 hour notice.
